Ipe Hardwood Decking
Ipe Decking is the best decking available. We stock a full line of
Ipe deck boards including 1x4, 5/4x4,
1x6 and 5/4x6; and accessories such as 2x2, 2x4 thru 2x12 and 4x4 posts. We stock our

We also specialize in direct shipments of Ipe decking from South America. Standard tallies

Prefinished Exotic Hardwood Flooring
Nova is one of the leaders in prefinished exotic hardwood flooring. We work with state of the art
factories in South America and Asia, specializing in the highest quality prefinished solid hardwood flooring
available.
Our partners in manufacturing use the latest technology to produce a precision milled and properly kiln
dried product. We require extensive quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process. The final step in
the process is to apply an aluminum oxide factory finish. This 8 coat process includes sanding, sealer, aluminum oxide
which gives the finish its hardness, and then the final top coat. Our prefinished flooring carries a 25 year warranty
for residential use.
We specialize in most South American Exotic species including Brazilian Cherry, Ipe or Brazilian Walnut, TigerWood,
Cumaru, Red Cumaru or Dark Cumaru, Massaranduba or Paraju, and many other Brazilian Amazon woods.
We also source material from Bolivia and Paraguay including Lapacho Ipe, Amendoim, Kurupayra or Angico,
Tarara or Canary Wood, Tiete Rosewood or Sirari, and Curupau or Patagonian Rosewood. Many of these species have

Unfinished Exotic Hardwood Flooring
Nova is the leading importer of unfinished flooring in South American exotic species. Unfinished flooring, or
site finished flooring, represents the highest quality flooring available. We have the same quality standards
in both our unfinished and prefinished flooring, and many of these products come from the same manufacturing
partners.
Our unfinished flooring is precision milled and carefully kiln dried to allow for the easiest installation
on the job. Because of our quality standards, contractors will spend less time sanding and prepping our flooring
for finish.
We carry most of the same species of wood in unfinished flooring as we do in our prefinished flooring line.
We offer both Clear and Select grades in unfinished flooring; the Clear grades are generally
color matched and essentially defect free; the Select grades allow more natural color variation and allow
tight solid defects such as small knots, burls, and interesting grain patterns.
We stock both our unfinished and prefinished flooring in multiple warehouses throughout the US. This allows
for relatively quick availability in just about any part of the US.

Exotic hardwood decking is the best possible choice for exterior decking. Not only is it more beautiful and
more stable than composites, tropical hardwood decking is naturally durable.
