Shipping Policy

This policy covers everything sold on NovaUSAWood.com: ExoShield and ExoWax wood finishes, ExoDek hidden deck fasteners, and Rainscreen siding clips.

Wood and lumber products are not sold through this website. For decking, siding, and other wood products, please contact our sales team for a quote.

Every order placed on this website includes free ground shipping within the continental United States. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Please call us at 503-419-6407 for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any destination outside the continental United States, and we will quote shipping for your order.

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery within the continental United States.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, weather, and remote delivery areas can extend transit time.

Finishes and clips ship by ground parcel carrier — normally UPS or FedEx — from the Nova warehouse nearest you.

ExoShield and ExoWax are shipped by ground only and are never shipped by air, in line with the carrier requirements for these products.

Larger clip orders may ship on a pallet by freight. If that applies to your order we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Please inspect your shipment thoroughly when it arrives and report any damage, shortage, or error as soon as possible.

Email photographs of the damage, along with your order number, to customer.service@novausawood.com. Photographs taken on receipt, before the product is used, let us resolve a claim quickly.

Replacements for product that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect are sent at no cost to you.

Finishes ship in sealed quart and gallon cans inside a reinforced, double-walled shipping box. Deck clips ship in a box or a bucket depending on the quantity you order, and siding clips ship by the bucket.
