Hardwood Siding

Hardwood siding is exterior cladding milled from the same naturally durable species used for decking, run in thinner sections — generally under an inch — so it hangs light on the wall while keeping the decay and insect resistance that comes with the density. It weathers to a silver-grey if left bare, or holds a color when finished.

The siding line spans three profile families: bevel (lap) siding in 1/2x6 and 1/2x8, back-ventilated rainscreen profiles in 1x4 through 1x8, and flat S4S boards for board-and-batten and trim.

Stocked in Batu, Ipe, Cumaru, Bangkirai, and the thermally modified Nova Ambara, whose light weight and stability make it a common siding choice.
