Accessories and Finishes

The accessories are what a wood project needs beyond the boards themselves — the finishes that hold the wood's original color, and the sealers that protect its most vulnerable surfaces. On dense hardwood these are not optional extras so much as the difference between a deck that stays the color it was installed and one that silvers.

The accessory line currently listed here is the ExoShield finish family: a penetrating exterior oil, stocked by the gallon in Clear, Natural, and a range of tones, plus ExoWax, a clear water-based end sealer sold by the quart for treating cut ends before boards are installed.
