Rainscreen Siding Profile

The rainscreen profile is what makes a ventilated siding assembly work. The board is milled so that, once installed, it holds an air gap behind the cladding and a consistent reveal between courses — water drains, air circulates, and both faces of the board dry at the same rate, which is what keeps a wood wall flat and a modern building envelope dry.

Stocked in 1x4, 1x6, and 1x8 in Ipe, Batu, Cumaru, and Bangkirai, in Select-and-Better and Standard-and-Better grades.
