1x4 Hardwood Boards

A 1x4 is the narrow board of the exterior line — nominally one inch by four, netting roughly 3/4 inch thick. Narrow boards suit the places where a wide one would look heavy or move too much: tight siding courses, fence pickets, trim, and the fine-scale rhythm of a beaded ceiling. Less width also means less cupping, so a 1x4 stays flatter in full sun than a wider board of the same species.

Stocked in Ipe, Batu, Cumaru, Bangkirai, Massaranduba, and South Pacific Redwood, in S4S eased-edge, rainscreen, T&G, and beaded ceiling profiles.
