2x4 Hardwood Boards

A 2x4 in tropical hardwood is not framing lumber — it is the structural and rail stock of an exterior build. Where a softwood 2x4 would be hidden inside a wall, a hardwood one is meant to be seen and to last: pergola and arbor members, bench frames, fence rails, and the handrail that hands actually touch, which is why some of this stock is milled to a dedicated handrail profile.

Stocked in Ipe, Batu, and thermally modified Nova Ambara, in S4S eased-edge, square-edge, and handrail profiles.
