Nova Korina Thermally Modified Hardwood Type Information
Korina is a strikingly beautiful hardwood from West Africa which we thermally modify for maximum stability. A medium brown wood which take a stain incredibly well, Korina is a medium density wood similar in weight and strength to Red Oak, White Oak and Maple.
Grading for Nova Korina Thermally Modified Hardwood
This is a typical hardwood lumber grade. FAS stands for First And Seconds, typically the highest grade available but allowing some minor defects such as occasional tight knots.
